Delivery of Service
Prime Outsourcing leased employees will render work service and follow your instructions. You are responsible to check, change, correct and advise our employees work output against errors, misinterpretation, misinformation and the likes. Our employee will do their best effort to give you an acceptable output. Prime Outsourcing assumes no liability or responsibility for any problems arising from our employees service output.

Payment
Billing invoice will be sent to you five(5) working days before your due date. Service stoppage will occur if you have not paid on or before the due date.

Service Cancellation
Please inform us in writing via email at least seven(7) working days before your next due date if you want to cancel our services.

Payment Refund
Payments will be refunded to you on a case to case basis. Issuance of payment refund will happen after reviewing your request. Pro-rata billing computation will be followed for any days our employee failed to report for work and give you services.
