Q. What is the minimum contract?
We require a minimum of 1 month commitment. Generally, we don't give contracts to our clients instead we give them service agreement. If you prefer a contract then, inform us so we can send you our standard contract for you to check.
Q. Will you sign a NDA?
We are committed to protecting both our privacy thus we are open to Non Disclosure Agreements.
Q. What are the advantages of using your solutions and services?

Q. What are the benefits of offshore outsourcing against domestic or local workforce?

Q. Do you have a published pricing of your services?
Right now, we are offering Dedicated Staff Package and Per Project Package.
Q. Does my leased employee works with other projects also?
No. Your dedicated employee only works for your company. They are being managed by supervisors on duty.
Q. Can I contact my staff supervisor directly?
Yes, you can talk to our supervisors anytime. We suggest you talk to them so that staff issues are resolved on time. Occasionally they will proactively contact you.
Q. Who owns the source code and rights over my projects?
Source codes and the rights of the project belong only to you. Prime Outsourcing will ask for your permission before we show the portfolios to our prospective clients.
Q. What are the operating hours of your company?
Our company office is located at a premier Business District in Manila, Philippines. We operate 24 hours a day and run two regular 9 hour shifts.
